Two relationships
A personal subscription and a school seat are two relationships.
Terms of use
Counsel will write this before launch. What follows is what the terms must cover. It is not the legal text.
Scores
In the first release an AI score is a record. Flagging a problem does not change the score immediately.
What you may not do
Do not use the system as a tool that does outside homework, and do not take a school's question bank away.
Papers and uploads
The platform does not provide past papers. For a file a student uploads, the user must make sure they have the right to use it. The marketing pages only say: upload your own PDF, then answer it.
Payment

Pilots
A pilot has an availability target. Until a contract is signed, that target is not a service-level agreement.
